The Ultimate FIFO Career Academy™ is a trading name of Akachukwu Francis Eze, a sole trader registered in Nigeria. Akachukwu Francis Eze, trading as The Ultimate FIFO Career Academy™, operates fifocareeracademy.com and is the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. That means we decide what personal data is collected and how it is used. You can reach us at chrisoilfieldvipadmin@gmail.com.

• Account details (full name, email address, password credentials) — to create and secure your student account. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Profile details (country / region) — shown in your dashboard profile and used for aggregate enrolment statistics. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interests.
• Learning data (lesson progress, quiz scores, personal notes, downloads, certificates, graduation status) — to deliver the course, save your progress and issue certificates. Legal basis: performance of our contract.
• Order records (enrolment date, order reference, payment status) — to give you access to what you paid for and to keep accounting records. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
• Support messages — to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Technical and security data (IP address, device and browser information, login timestamps, error logs) — to keep accounts secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix faults. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
• Email delivery data (whether account and course emails were delivered or opened) — to make sure essential emails such as verification reach you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.

Card and billing details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We never receive or store your full card details.

We may send occasional emails about new stages of the Academy. Where consent is required we ask for it first, and you can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Essential service emails (verification, receipts, account notices) are not marketing and continue while you hold an account.

• Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting and database, authentication, and email delivery providers who process data on our instructions.
• Merchant of Record: Paddle.com, for the sale of our product, order management, payments, invoicing and tax compliance.
• Professional advisers: legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities: where we are required to disclose data by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep your account, learning and certificate data for as long as your enrolment is active, since access is lifetime, and for a reasonable period afterwards so certificates remain verifiable. Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Security and error logs are kept for a short retention period. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access your data, correct it, request erasure, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email chrisoilfieldvipadmin@gmail.com. We respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, row-level access controls on our database, and restricted administrative access.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and to keep the checkout secure. Our payment provider sets cookies needed to complete a purchase. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but sign-in and checkout will not work without the essential ones.
