Terms of Service

The Ultimate FIFO Career Academy™ is a trading name of Akachukwu Francis Eze, a sole trader registered in Nigeria ("we", "us", "our"). Akachukwu Francis Eze is the seller of the courses and digital materials offered on fifocareeracademy.com. By purchasing or using the Academy you enter into an agreement with Akachukwu Francis Eze, trading as The Ultimate FIFO Career Academy™.

By creating an account, enrolling, or otherwise continuing to use the Academy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your country to enter into this agreement, and where you enrol on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

The Academy is a self-paced online education product for people seeking FIFO (fly-in fly-out) work in mining, oil & gas, construction, offshore and remote camp industries. Enrolment gives you lifetime access to Stage One: FIFO Foundations, plus Stage Two and Stage Three when released, a student dashboard with progress tracking, downloadable resources, a Certificate of Completion, and access to the Career Portal after graduation.

The Academy is educational only. We do not employ you, act as a recruitment agency, or guarantee employment, interviews, visas or any specific career outcome.

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are for a single student. Course access may not be shared, resold or transferred.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the course materials for your own personal learning within the plan you purchased. You must not:

• use the service unlawfully, fraudulently, or to send spam;
• infringe our intellectual property or that of any third party;
• copy, republish, resell or redistribute course content, certificates or downloads;
• reverse engineer the platform, circumvent access controls or technical limits;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including malware, probing or scraping.

All course content, manuscripts, lesson text, templates, downloads, branding, certificates and platform software remain the property of The Ultimate FIFO Career Academy™ or its licensors. No ownership rights transfer to you.

We work to keep the Academy available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Content may be updated, improved or reorganised over time, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may temporarily interrupt access.

Enrolment is a one-time payment of $29.99 USD. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own refund policy for limited circumstances is set out on our Refund Policy page.

We may suspend or terminate your access where there is:

• a material breach of these terms;
• non-payment or a reversed or fraudulent payment;
• a security or fraud risk to the platform or other students;
• repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use rules above.

You may stop using the Academy at any time. On termination your access to courses, downloads and certificates ends; where required by law we will provide a reasonable window to export your data before deletion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, employment opportunities or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, content you submit, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law; material changes will be posted on this page. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
